Gallery: Indy Eleven, Louisville City FC draw in LIPAFC showdown

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Sunday evening wasn’t the first time the Indy Eleven and Louisville City FC met, but it did mark the first time the regional rivals took the pitch together since an “official” name was bestowed upon their derby: the Louisville Indianapolis Proximity Association Football Contest (LIPAFC). It rolls right off the tongue.
Both clubs scored two goals and missed a penalty apiece, settling for a 2-2 draw and a point each in a congested USL Eastern Conference table.
