ST. LOUIS — The U.S. women’s national team rolled New Zealand 5-0 last Thursday at Busch Stadium in one of the last friendlies for both teams before heading to the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup in France.
Tobin Heath, Rose Lavelle, Carli Lloyd (2) and Sam Mewis all tallied for the hosts in the romp with Megan Rapinoe, Lindsey Horan, Heath and Christen Press (2) dishing out assists.
